I wrote this article on the Chakra Healing Method some years ago. My view is that it is a simple and effective practice you can perform to enhance the self healing process. This practice will complement the wearing of tuned wristbands using designer healing frequencies. My hope is that applying these insights to your daily self healing regimen will help create an enhanced state of wellness and energy awareness for the beautiful miracle of perfection that you are. There really is nothing to add and nothing to improve upon because you are more than your body, more than your memories, thoughts and feelings. Everything that you consider to be yourself right now is naturally perfect and good.

Here is the Foot Chakras clearing frequency to tune a silicone wristband and use with this method.

One of the first steps in regaining a sense of wellness is slowing down and being present, to be aware of your body, thoughts, emotions and sensations. This takes time. Patience is a key element in being aware of the chakra energy centers. It really is not difficult to achieve this awareness if one is committed.

Always consult and seek treatment from a licensed, professional health care provider for all your health issues without exception.

Chakra overload

Many of you visiting this page for the first time may not believe in subtle energy centers in the body called chakras. I know that if one cannot sense subtle magnetic energy flow, they do indeed seem to be more of a myth than a reality. To compound things, available literature and teachings on the chakras are very diverse and often conflicting. The goal of this article is to offer a simple way to work with the chakra energy centers to help promote a state of well being.

When all of the chakra energy centers listed below are opened, cleared and healed there is a holistic healing effect on the body and mind. What many people do not realize is that the flow of their chakras are often constricted and that this may cause imbalance and pain in the body. Constricted energy centers can manifest as chaotic feelings, sensations and dreams. The natural flow of our chakras can be affected by health issues, emotional trauma and environmental factors. They can also be adversely affected by overdoing it with exotic healing techniques. Our chakras are intricately interconnected to our body, mind and spirit and their energy flow fluctuates throughout the day. The chakras also compensate for one another as well. If one chakra is constricted the others will pick up the slack.

Not all of our aches and pains are a result of constricted chakras. However, constriction in their flow does impact our well being and slows the healing process. We need a continuous flow of vital energy into the body to be processed and later released back to Earth for recycling. Many of us have tuned out our pain and suffering and in a way are disconnected from what the body is experiencing. This is very sad. Of course, this observation does not take away from the very real physical and emotional challenges we all carry and often must learn to accept. My hope is that the Chakra Healing Method will be beneficial in mitigating some of our suffering. Each chakra is worked with in the sequence shown for opening, clearing and healing.

Grounding our energy

The Chakra Healing Method begins with the chakra on each foot and is the foundation of this method. They are very important energy connections and allow vital energy to enter the body and unbalanced energy to move out and return to the Earth. We can move unbalanced subtle energy out the foot chakras with intention and some easy visualization.

Opening the chakras

The chakras are opened, cleared and healed one at a time. They are opened with a simple form of dowsing using the palms of the hands and intention. It really is simple to do. The first step is using the open palms of your hands like you are holding an invisible ball that is about 12 inches in diameter. Though I say opening the chakras, actually they are open to some degree already and you are simply expanding, clearing and healing these energy centers.

We will use the foot chakras as an example. Make the intention that you are going to open the foot chakras. Place your hands out in front of yourself in a comfortable position. Very slowly open the palms of your hands approximately 12 inches apart. The next step is to slowly move your hands inward and outward. Repeat this procedure until you start to feel an energy ball form between the palms of your hands as you bring them together. Feeling an energy ball indicates that the chakra is opening and energy is flowing. As you sense the flow of energy you can start moving your hands back and forth more frequently expanding the energy ball. Even if you cannot feel an energy ball the chakras will be opened using this procedure. If you are experiencing problems opening a chakra, use breath and blow through your open palms where the energy ball is forming. Watch the Chakra Healing Method video.

Let your hands be the visual connection to each chakra and the space between your hands represent the energy flow for opening, clearing and deep healing. It really is simple to do. Just relax into it.

Clearing and healing the chakras

Once you have opened a chakra take some time and perform healing and clearing. This only requires your intention. Clearing can also be enhanced by using your breath and blowing through the energy ball. Another very effective clearing method is using the open palms of the hands and pumping them in the air as if you were pushing the unbalanced energy out of the chakra and moving it down through your foot chakras. This pumping or pushing method is repeated at each chakra location as you proceed up the chakras and the unbalanced energy is pushed back down through the descending chakras and out the foot chakras to Earth. For example, if I am working on chakra number seven and it needs more attention, I clear downwards from number seven to chakra numbers six, five, four, three, two, one and out the foot chakras.

I have also posted a video that uses audio tones to help with chakra clearing.

A different approach to healing

If we perform self healing with a loving heart and the intention of merging with the pristine and perfect underlying energy of inter-being, the session becomes gentle and harmonious. Working with energy from the stand point of a separate sense of I and the object of our attention works with a stronger and coarser level of energy that often can be unbalanced and over stimulating. As one person shared, it is the difference between “hanging out with the energy” or trying to control the healing situation by the force of ones will power. There is a difference in these two approaches to self healing.

Order of Chakras to be opened, cleared and healed:

Feet (left and right foot chakras)

One

Two

Three

Four

Five

Six

Seven

As you open and clear your chakras you will have to go back from time to time during the session to see if they are still flowing well. At first they will tend to close down again but with daily practice the chakras will again establish their natural energy flow. We need to work with them daily. For example, when I wake up in the morning, some of my chakras are constricted and I use the Chakra Healing Method to get them flowing properly. I may check them again in the afternoon and later in the evening. If I am sick or have experienced a high stress or emotional situation, my chakras will start to shut down. Using this method is a way for me to start to recover.

Once your chakras are open let them flow naturally as they will. The point to this method is simply establishing they are open and not manipulating them or trying to maximize flow rates, direction of spin. etc. Doing so opens one to over stimulation and imbalance. Think of this simple method in terms of taking a refreshing walk outdoors at a leisurely pace and not pushing oneself or trying to create challenges by leaving the well walked path and attempting to blaze a new trail. Just as our bodies are designed to walk, our chakras work just fine without interference once they are open. Our chakras are unique to us and do not fit into a cookie cutter approach as to what others may feel is the norm.

In the beginning, this method may take an hour or so in order for one to open, clear and perform deep healing for all the chakras. With daily practice, the sessions will eventually take less time and one may only have to devote ten to fifteen minutes unless there is some deep healing required. Please remember to exercise moderation and balance with this method. More is not better; just as we do not want to drink too much water, over eat or breathe more than our body requires. If one progresses working with them step by step, over time they can be worked with easily. I would suggest not taking short cuts too early in your practice until you feel very comfortable that your chakras are all open and flowing well.

Working with the Hara and the Collector Meridians is another beneficial practice to help with the natural healing energy flow in the body. Watch the video.
